Dr. Spier is CEO and President of Rio Grande Urology founded in 2008 serving West Texas and Southern New Mexico. RGU has over 30 providers with 5 offices and 2 Radiation Centers in El Paso and Las Cruces. 

Dr. Spier has overseen the tremendous growth of RGU, becoming the largest private practice physician group in the entire region. Dr. Spier has an area of focus to include kidney stone disease and benign prostatic hyperplasia. He has a particular interest in advanced prostate cancer and is the Medical Director of the RGU Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic.

Dr. Spier enjoys tennis, golf and spending quality time with family and friends.
